How I Finally Lost 50 Lbs.

Hi, my name is Lisa. And for most of my life, I was overweight.

Due to some childhood trauma, I developed an unhealthy relationship with food in my early teens.

I began to eat just to feel good. Junk food became my biggest weakness.

I’d sneak treats up to my room. And when nobody else was around, I’d stuff my face.

I felt ashamed of my behavior. But I didn’t tell anybody and never asked for help. As you can imagine I started to balloon up.

I feel better and have more energy now than I did 10 years ago! And my husband loves the change too. ;-)

Oh, and I haven’t exercised or used a FitBit or done anything like that. All I’ve done is focused on eating a keto diet. That’s it!
